Injecting colour pigments directly into the acrylic polymer before spinning the yarn, enables the colour to penetrate the yarn right down to the yarn’s core, this production procedure is commonly known as solution dyeing. This process contrasts to normal yarn dyeing or piece dyeing where the yarn or the fabric is only dyed after production, resulting in much less colour penetration.
